Minsoo Song is an Administrative Specialist for the city
of Aurora's Office of International and Immigrant
Affairs. She joined the city of Aurora in July 2016 after
volunteering for Aurora Sister Cities International at
which time she helped to plan and coordinate a large
delegation of Korean officials from Seongnam City. She
assists OIIA with providing international protocols and
overseas programs for immigrant and refugee
community. She manages citywide Language Access
Plan providing language assistance to meet the
communication needs of diverse community.
Ricardo Gambetta is a recognized expert in the areas of immigration policy and immigration issues. Currently, he serves as Manager of International and Immigrants Affairs at the City of Aurora, Colorado.
Previously, Gambetta served as an Immigrant Integration Manager at the National Immigration Forum, Director of Immigration Services at the U.S. Committee of Refugees and Immigrants (USCRI), and Director of Immigrant Integration at the National League of Cities Washington, DC. Also, is the former Mayor's Director of Latino and International Affairs at the City of Indianapolis.
Gambetta is an international consultant and has traveled the world
presenting in conferences about global migration and the role of
cities in the immigrant integration process, and has authored more
than twenty-five reports and publications in the areas of immigrant
integration and international programs.
